I’m so glad to see that the Kids Bowl Free summer program at bowling centers across North America is still going strong! I did this with my four kiddos when they were younger, and it’s a great way to keep the kids entertained and have fun for FREE!

Kids Bowl Free is a great program for children and families; I definitely took advantage of this when the kids were younger. Now in their 17th summer, more than 40 million kids have participated at more than 1,500 locations around the globe.
There are a gazillion Bowling Alleys in Wisconsin that are taking part. Once registered, each child will receive 2 Free Games Per Day, Per Person, during the dates and times listed at your selected bowling alley. There’s an app you can download so you don’t have to print the bowling passes.
There’s also an opportunity at select bowling alleys of purchasing a Family Pass, which is about $30 that allows the parents or older siblings to join in with two free games per day per person. There are a limited number of family passes at each location.
The Kids Bowl Free 2026 summer season last through September 5th.
