Your local library is an excellent resource for so many things, including something like this! The 6th Annual Brown County Library Renaissance Faire is coming up fast – you won’t want to miss this all ages event!

- WHAT: Brown County Library Renaissance Faire
- WHEN: May 9, 2026; 11am – 3pm
- WHERE: Brown County Library, Weyers-Hilliard Branch, 2680 Riverview Drive, Green Bay (Howard)
- Meeting Rooms 1 & 2
- OTHER INFORMATION: Period attire is encouraged for all, but please surrender your weapons before entering upon library grounds.
This all-age event is a mix of a typical ren faire activities as well as an escape into history, fantasy, and art.
Some of the sights and sounds include:
- Demonstrations of blacksmithing, pottery making, and weaving
- Sword fighting (foam weapons)
- Music by local harp and recorder musicians
- Interact with reenactors
- Magic show
- Children’s scavenger hunt
- Learn how birds of prey were used for hunting
- Meets the birds after the presentation
- Vendor booths
- Food trucks
