Have you heard about UWGB/Weidner Center’s Pay What You May Series? You can pay as low as $5 a ticket, or as much as $200 a ticket. It’s really up to you! The next Pay What You May event is Shamilton, the Improvised Hip-Hop Musical. This is a great way to support the arts AND get out of the house. More on how Pay What You May works here–>

Pay What You May:
The arts should be accessible to all. “Pay What You May” allows you to choose your ticket price. No hidden fees, no judgement – it’s drama without the drama. If you’re able to contribute more, you’re helping keep programs like this alive (and accessible) to others. Tickets sold in $5 increments.
- WHAT: Shamilton: An Improvised Musical
- WHEN: Saturday, September 26th; 6pm and 8pm performances
- WHERE: UWGB University Theatre, Theatre Hall, 2440 Theater Drive, Green Bay, WI 54311
- COST: $5 a ticket – $200 a ticket. That’s the beauty of Pay What You May!
From the twisted minds of improvisational supergroup and campus favorite Baby Wants Candy (“Truly amazing! Critics Pick!” – The New York Times; “Highly Recommended!” – The Onion) comes Shamilton! The Improvised Hip-Hop Musical. Ever heard of the show “Hamilton?” Shamilton is just like that, but (ahem) better! You pick the famous figure- from Genghis Khan to Frederick Douglass to Kim Kardashian – Shamilton will create an improvised musical about them on the spot! Expect brilliant hip-hop, hilarious characters, incredible songs, stunning “choreography” and powerhouse singing created right in front of your eyes! Shamilton! performs at UCB LA, where the show has sold out every performance!
