Seymour’s Burgerfest is back and better than ever! There’s lots of free family fun (and some grown-up activities, too), and weather permitting, it looks like it will be a great time. From Hot Air Balloon ascensions to the infamous Ketchup Slide and 5k Bun Run, there truly is something for everyone!
Here are the details:
- What: 2026 Seymour Burgerfest
- When: Saturday, September 19, 2026 7am – 11:45p
- Where: Downtown Seymour (various locations – see map here)
- Cost: FREE (for the most part)
Now, what can you expect at this community-focused event. LOTS! 
- 7am – Hot Air Balloon Rally
- 9am – 36th Annual 5k Bun Run
- 11am – World’s Largest Hamburger Parade
- Car Show 9a – 2p
- 9a – 3p – A harvest-style farmers market
- 9a – 7p – Pumpkins for the kids and fall family activities
- Food Tent open from 9am – 9pm
- 10am – Kids Fun Run
- Noon – 1pm – Marching Bands! Seymour, Pulaski & Freedom
- 1pm – Burger Eating Contest
- 2pm – Kids Big Wheel Race Rally
- 4pm – Ketchup Slide
- 5pm – Hot Air Balloon Ascension
