The Wisconsin DNR, Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, and libraries across the state are making it easier to visit state parks, forests, and recreation spots.

The program lets participating library card holders check out a day pass for state parks and forests. Also available at some location is an informational kit of state park system materials including maps, stickers, and accessibility information.
A quick glance at the list shows that Brown County Library, Appleton Public Library, Kewaunee and Door County Libraries are participating. See the full list here.
